Privacy Policy
Who we are
Whisper Wardrobe (whisperwardrobe.com) is operated by HYGGO PTY LTD (ABN 26 680 569 653), Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, which is responsible for your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Contact and order details: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and the items you order
- Customs details: the ID or tax number some countries require to clear a parcel
- Payment details: handled by Stripe and PayPal — we don't receive your full card number
- Messages you send us
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy)
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order (to perform our contract with you)
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (our legitimate interests)
- To keep tax, customs and accounting records (legal obligations)
- To measure and improve our site and advertising (our legitimate interests, or your consent where the law requires it)
- To send you marketing emails only if you sign up — you can unsubscribe at any time
Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal); our fulfilment partners who prepare and ship your order; carriers and customs brokers who deliver it; and the providers who host our site and email. We may also use analytics and advertising services (such as Google and Meta) to measure visits and ad performance. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Because we ship worldwide, your order details are processed in Australia, in China (where orders are prepared and shipped from) and in the other countries where our partners operate, including your own. We take steps to protect your information when it is transferred.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for your order, returns and our legal obligations (usually up to 7 years for tax records), and delete other information when we no longer need it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including the EU, UK, Australia and US states such as California — you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, opt out of marketing, and withdraw consent. Email [email protected] to make a request; we won't treat you differently for using your rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our site is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
